Hello stamping friends!!
I have to make this quick because I need to finish packing! We are heading to Disney for two days. We are driving down this morning to spend the day in the hotel pool. We are meeting up with some friends for dinner. Then on Saturday we will be going to Epcot with our friends. We will be home Saturday night, though...just in time for the Easter Bunny!!
I am so excited about going to church as well! Our church has purchased new land to build a new worship center so we are having a "tent" service on the new property!! I'm excited about moving back "home" and being able to take part in this wonderful time of our church (we were members of this church before we moved away 2 years ago - so we have come "home").
Anyway, today I am showing a project I made for the High Hopes Challenge this week. I know, I'm late, but it's been a crazy week (as usual). I finished it Tuesday night (still late), but wednesday I didn't feel well so I wasn't able to do much work. And Thursday I was tied up catching up with everything I missed on Wednesday when I didn't feel well.
The High Hopes Challenge is: Bunnies, Bears, and Balloons.
You can use any High Hopes image that has either a bunny, a bear, or a balloon but it MUST be a High Hopes stamp to enter the challenge.
I also want to mention that there is an Easter Sale going on this weekend at Stamp and Create.
10% off everything in the store - even off already reduced prices - when you use the discount code easter (all lowercase) at checkout.
Here is my project...

Ansley asked me if I would make her an Easter Basket to give to her teachers. I used the Tutorial by Tanya on the High Hopes Blog.
I used Hare's my Heart image along with the Periwinkle Corner to create the patterned paper.

I made a total of 5 baskets (Ryan's teacher, Ansley's teachers (2), the bus driver (for putting up with Ryan - he has gotten in a little trouble on the bus twice already), and for a friend)...
Sorry for the quality of the picture. It was still a little dark in the morning when I took this, but by the time the lighting was better, the kids were off to school.
So, do you have any special plans for the Easter weekend?
I hope you all have a wonderful time with your family and to remember Jesus' sacrifice and gift of Eternal Life on this Easter!
Thanks for stopping by! Happy stamping!
