You can use stuff like stickles, liquid applique, liquid pearls, die cuts, etc. But you are not allowed to use things like flowers, ribbon, sicky back pearls or gems, buckles, charms, etc.

I colored this image while I was away on vacation. I knew I would be behind when we returned.
This is the adorable Berry from Wee Stamps. The papers are Winter Wonderland from My Mind's Eye along with Frantage, Liquid Applique, Crystal Stickles, and Christmas Circles Sentiment from Wild Rose Studio.
The sketch is from 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.
The image was embossed in black onto watercolor paper and watecolored with Twinkling H2Os...
