Hello stamping friends!!
How are you this week? I've been busy trying to catch up with everything. I have had one heck of time the past few months, huh? First my hysterectomy. Then the Holidays and vacation. I come back to a nasty cold that knocks me off my feet. Followed by another trip to Atlanta to look for houses!! It seems like I've been playing "catch up" for months!!
Well, it felt great to work on this card without finishing it at the last minute (which seems to be my track record lately).
This week's Wags 'n Whiskers Challenge is: Fairy Special Challenge
Use a fairy of an angel on your card.
This challenge is in honor of our release today for the WnW Fairy fairy stamps in digital form!! Check them out here.
For my card today, I used my namesake fairy...Lacey...
The papers are KaiserCraft Hippy Girl along with some pearls.
The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.
I need to mail this card, so I kept the embellishments mostly flat.
This card is also for the Paper Sundaes Birthday Challenge: I used "Glittery Spring" for my theme.
I was supposed to participate in their blog hop, but the delay of my trip to Atlanta interfered with my ability to get a card done in time. But I did help sponsor their challenge - so make sure to check it out!!
I'm also entering this into the ABC Challenge: M is for Magical (since our very own Vicky is also on that team :-)
Ok, now it's your turn!! Make sure to check out the rest of the awesome design team samples!
Thanks for stopping by! Happy stamping!
~Lacey
This is beautiful Lacey!! Gorgeous coloring and your pink butterflies are the perfect touch!!
hugs,
Chris
Have a great weekend!! I hope you have a restful weekend with a little less trying to catch up!

Lovin this one! A while back I was looking for a birthday card for a friend. I wanted a real ball busting card. I had zero luck finding what I was looking for. I told a group of friends about this problem one night while we were having a few drinks. We proceeded to get smashed and make up a bunch of greeting cards we found funny. I had been writing down the cards we made up and the next morning I read them. Much to my surprise the cards were still funny even when sober.
