Ready for snow!!

Well not really...it doesn't snow here...so even if I was ready for it, I would never get it! Although today is nice and cool in the 70's!!

I am going to make this fast again. I still feel horrible and my computer froze up this morning!! I couldn't do anything, not even pull up any documents! So now that I have it working, I am rushing to finish everything up.

I made this card for the Friday Sketcher challenge this week....

I used Snowman by Rachelle Anne Miller. For the snowflakes, I used one of the coaster board snowflakes. I wanted it to stick out farther from the image, so I cut off each snowflake "limb" and glued them onto the card base. I also inked up the edges and added a ton of glitter.

The card base is one of my last sheets of SU Blue Bayou and some Basic Grey patterned paper from my scrapbook kit.

The image was embossed in black and watercolored with Twinkling H2Os...

I added some stickles on the snowflakes and snow and liquid applique on his hat.
